- Do I need an account?
- No. Download CodeHerd and use it. If you buy Pro, your licence key arrives by email and you paste it into CodeHerd.
- How does the trial work?
- Every new install gets 14 days of Pro, with no card and no account. When it ends, CodeHerd carries on as Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Do I still pay for Claude, Codex or Gemini?
- Yes. CodeHerd runs the agent CLIs you already have, and they keep their own logins and billing. CodeHerd never sees your credentials.
- How many Macs can I use?
- One Pro licence works on up to 3 Macs. To move it, deactivate it on a Mac you no longer use.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, then CodeHerd goes back to Free.
- Is Free a different app?
- No, it’s the same download. A Pro licence or the trial unlocks the Pro features in the app you already have.
